Dr. Shawnice Johnson is a senior data analyst, research consultant, and a postdoctoral researcher. Her work spans the nonprofit, academic, and policy sectors, with expertise in qualitative methodology, critical theory, and community-based research. She provides strategic data analysis, consultation, and training across departments, and supports organizations focused on justice-impacted students and systemic change.
