Enyu Zhou
Senior Research Analyst at the Council of Graduate Schools
Enyu Zhou is a Senior Research Analyst at the Council of Graduate Schools (CGS). Her experiences as a first-generation student navigating the U.S. higher education contribute to her lines of inquiry. Her work focuses on higher education, with particular emphasis on graduate enrollment, student success, and career development. She serves as a Co-PI on two NSF funded studies, one focusing on broadening participation in STEM education, exploring application and matriculation in STEM graduate education; and one focusing on understanding PhD career pathways and the transitions and persistence in the STEM workforce. She earned a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis and a master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
