Ashley Quiterio

Ashley Quiterio is a PhD candidate at Northwestern University in the Learning Sciences Program. Her current work is on agency in data interactions, specifically how to teach youth about their personal and community data literacies. Ashley's background is in Data Science, where they learned Python for analyzing survey data through statistical methods. Through mixing quantitative, qualitative, and computational methods, they are exploring how to make agentic and authentic connections between learners’ identities and their practices in their data education futures.
