Critical Mixed Methods II

Dr. Anthony Onwuegbuzie

This seminar is a continuation of Critical Mixed Methods I about forms of quantitative, computational and qualitative integration into mixed method approaches. This seminar provides an overview of research epistemology; rationale, appropriateness, and objectives of different mixed method approaches; and how to undertake such work critically. No software is required for this seminar.

Dr. Anthony Onwuegbuzie research areas primarily involve social and behavioral science topics, including disadvantaged and under-served populations such as minorities, children living in war zones, students with special needs, and juvenile delinquents. I have conducted numerous research studies on factors that predict educational achievement at the primary, secondary, and tertiary levels. Further, I write extensively on qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodological topics-yielding more than 500 published works, with a h-index of 101.
