Rochelle S. Michel, Ph.D., Psychometrician. Dr. Michel has held a number of roles in the context of educational testing, assessment, educational research and non-profit program management, including working as the Executive Director of Admission Programs at Educational Records Bureau, Director of Research within the Academic to Career Research Center at Educational Testing Service (ETS), Research Director and Senior Proposal Writer at Curriculum Associates, and Psychometric Manager at ETS coordinating the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) psychometric work. In addition, she also has extensive teaching experience in Mathematics and Statistics, starting her career as a junior high school mathematics teacher in the South Bronx and subsequently taught various levels from junior high school, high school, community college and university. Dr. Michel received her Ph.D. in Psychometrics from Fordham University.
