Brian A. Burt, Ph.D.

Dr. Brian Burt studies the experiences of graduate students and the institutional policies that shape their paths. His research focuses on team-based research experiences and the experiences of underrepresented graduate students of color in engineering. Dr. Burt received the National Academy of Education/Spencer Postdoctoral Fellowship and the NSF Early CAREER Award. He is also a Research Scientist at the Wisconsin Equity & Inclusion Laboratory (Wei LAB).
